PLS 200 - Legal Research and Writing IICredit Hours 3 Lecture: 3 Lab: 0 In this course students will continue to develop their legal research and writing skills. Focus is placed on researching constitutional issues, as well as other issues involving primary authority. Topics include pleadings, memoranda of law, trial and appellate briefs and use of correct citation format. Emphasis will be given to application of legal research to legal scenarios including communications with the clients. Prerequisite(s): PLS 100 and PLS 105 Is course repeatable for credit?
