CYBIT 270 - CyberSecurity AnalystCredit Hours 3 Lecture: 2 Lab: 2 This course assists students in developing skills needed to prevent, detect, and battle cybersecurity threats. Some course topics include how to perform data analysis, configure and use threat detection tools; and interpret results to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to a network. This course helps prepare students for CompTIA CyberSecurity Analyst+ certification. (Previously CIS 294) Prerequisite(s): CYBIT 200 or CNT 101 , and CIS 123; or consent of department.
