CYBIT 120 - IT Technical SupportCredit Hours 3 Lecture: 2 Lab: 2 This course investigates the hardware components of the personal computer. Heavy emphasis is placed on diagnosing and maintaining the PC. Students will learn to install and replace the major hardware component of the system. The students will learn to work the BIOS/CMOS, as well as what it takes to build a PC. This is the first course in preparation for taking the CompTIA A+ certification exam. (Previously CIS 275)
